Enhanced COVID safety protocols supported by a grant from the NJSCA, as well as outdoor tents, allow us to re-open for this in-person program (with options for virtual and hybrid engagement as well.)

Building on the success of last year’s virtual Strangest Summer Filmmaking Intensive and the previous season’s in person Teen Summer Theatre Conservatory, we are thrilled to fuse on-camera and stage options into a dynamic and innovative new program. Spend your morning honing acting skills and your afternoon polishing your craft as filmmaker and/or playwright. Work in teams to perform and produce your work!

Sessions include on-camera technique, scene study, voiceover, film editing, cinematography, animation, improvisation, playwriting and screenwriting. Explore your own unique voice, and create something that matters to you.

Luna teachers are working professional artists, and the camp structure will be modeled after real-world production processes. This program will culminate in a public (socially distanced) performance.
